our stay at vabel exceeded all expectations. the room was clean and new with a lovely patio overlooking the garden. the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. the location was convenient with a short walk to the town center and close to a bakery and supermarket. we would definitely return.

During my recent stay in Skiathos Town, I had the opportunity to stay at Vabel Skiathos. Although my stay was only for transit during my travel, I found two great features of this hotel. it was conveniently located near the nearest airport, which made my arrival and departure hassle-free. With the airport being just 1.5 km away, I didn't have to worry about any long journeys or missing my flights. the hotel provided a database that was helpful in finding a short cut to the port. This saved me time and made the walk to the port only 10 minutes at most.

One minor downside of my stay was the difficulty in getting a taxi after getting off the ferry. It seemed that the taxi drivers were primarily interested in passengers heading to the airport, and it was quite a challenge to find a taxi willing to take me to my destination.

Our stay at Vabel Skiathos was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and made to feel right at home. The room was modern, stylish, and spacious, with a beautifully fitted bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the garden and outdoor areas were meticulously maintained. We appreciated the daily room cleaning and fresh towels, and the on-site staff were always available to assist with any needs. The location was convenient, with an easy walk to Skiathos town and a supermarket close by. We especially loved the thoughtful touches, like the welcome bottle of wine and the book of recommendations for restaurants, activities, and beaches. The owners even went above and beyond to arrange a rental car for us, which was delivered and picked up directly from the accommodation. Despite a late evening flight with bad weather, they graciously allowed us to stay and even offered to take us to the airport. We were truly impressed by the genuine hospitality and attention to detail at Vabel Skiathos. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional stay in Skiathos.

Oh, it was just so awful to stay in such a beautiful hotel. I mean, who wants to be surrounded by stunning design and luxurious comfort?

Our stay at Vabel was incredible. We got great value for our money, with a beautiful and clean room. The location was perfect, close to the airport and city center, with a supermarket nearby. The owners were so welcoming, organizing a rental car for us and providing a book of recommendations for restaurants and beaches. We felt truly comfortable and would love to come back next year. Plus, they even let us stay late and offered to drive us to the airport during a thunderstorm.

The breakfast offerings could use some improvement, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

The rooms in VABEL are absolutely delightful! They have taken care of every little detail, making sure everything is just perfect. The original design pieces give a unique touch to the room, making it feel so charming and cozy. I love how the Duplex apartment offers a double bed on the second floor, it feels like a little hideaway. And the private bathroom, with its free toiletries and bath, is such a luxury. The air-conditioned rooms are great too, with a wardrobe and free WiFi, making our stay even more comfortable. And let's not forget about the mountain view, it's breathtaking! All the rooms in VABEL have these fantastic salentinian vaults that add a special touch to the whole atmosphere. Plus, having a toaster in the room is such a nice touch. I am really impressed with the rooms at VABEL.

If I had to pick one thing, I guess the only downside for me was the small bathroom in the Duplex apartment. But hey, that's just my personal preference and I'm sure others might not mind it at all.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us. It was very close to the airport, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. it was just a short walk to the town center, where we found plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. One of the best aspects of our stay was the excellent service provided by the staff. They were friendly and attentive, making sure all of our needs were met. They even surprised us with small gestures like bringing us an umbrella on a rainy day. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of our room, which was well-maintained and had lovely towel art and fresh flowers.

One thing that I wasn't too fond of was the traffic noise during the night. As a light sleeper, I found it a bit disruptive.
